What payments do you offer?

We offer payment via debit card, credit card, Afterpay and Shop Pay.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email to confirm that it's on the way.
If your parcel is taking a little longer than it should be, please get in touch with the courier as they will be able to follow up on your parcel for you.

What are the shipping fees?

Auckland: $9 or FREE delivery for orders over $150
Australia: $25 or FREE for orders over $300
Rest of the World: 3 - 10 working days - $50 or FREE for orders over $500

Returning items to Sunday & Pearl are at the cost of the sender. We are not responsible for any postage fees for items returning to our showrooms.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund, store credit, or exchange, provided you send it back to us within 21 days of receipt.

Please Note:
- All items returned must be unused/not opened and undamaged in the original packaging.
- Exchanges are possible if the item is available.
- Sunday & Pearl cannot refund delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.
- All international returns are refunded in the original payment currency at the current exchange rate. Any bank or transaction fees applied are outside our control and cannot be refunded.
- Once an item has been exchanged for a new item, it cannot undergo further exchanges.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

Can I edit or change my order?

Provided the order has not yet been shipped then yes, feel free to email us and we will happily assist you in any requests.

Digital gifts card are valid for 1 year from date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
